In Colombia it is difficult for crime to receive punishment because it seems that instead of punishing it, they reward people who act badly. Many crimes and abuses are committed against women and children and everything remains silent in the darkness.... It is cruel to see day after day how crime is exonerated and we observe how the laws are losing power because they are not applied forcefully where the perpetrators of the crimes feel respect and fear of acting inappropriately.
